The combination of the ROTECnbk control and evaluation unit with the ROTEC-RAS front end is a particularly good pairing for mobile use.

The ROTEC front end contains the measurement boards and controls their intercommunication. Using a central time basis over a bus integrated in the equipment, the measurement boards in the front end are communicated with and controlled by the ROTECnbk. The measurement data is transferred from the boards through the bus in nearly real time to the control unit. This allows for online presentation of the measurement. The ROTEC-RASnb has space for altogether eight measurement boards.

ROTEC’s modular measurement technology, designed for mobile use, combines proven ROTEC know-how and reliability with outstanding flexibility and ease of use. The engineer can start with measurement equipment which consists of measuring channels and some basic software, and expand the measurement system at a later date to more channels and more comprehensive software. Because of its flexible architecture, and the various available software modules, different systems measurement and analysis tasks can be carried out.
